But that makes us wonder, what really happened and what techniques Bezos used to achieve dizzying advances in eCommerce and technology? In reality, when things do not go as planned, they usually fail and not the opposite! For example, it encourages its sellers to provide top-notch service by giving them the opportunity to win the buy box. What’s more, it punishes its sellers by getting their Amazon account suspended! An Amazon suspension is a way of protest against sellers who are disobeying Amazon policies and harming the customer service.
